tate the exercise of test chooks by His Viajesty':
Consils General.
In ennen where emtrebard goods some for-
ward otherwise than to the order of a British Con-
sular officer, it is desirable that rarticulers of
the shipments should be received at the Embassy by
telegraph in order that the Consule may have a bet-
ter opportunity of watching the disposel of the
goode on arrival,
